Welcome / Bienvenue / Marhaba

I am a historian of Egyptian migration, educator, and cultural leader working at the intersection of teaching, research, and community storytelling. Drawing from over a decade of experience in secondary and post-secondary education, I create learning environments that foster critical thinking, civic engagement, and cultural empathy.

As Founder of Egypt Migrations and Vice President of the Coptic Museum of Canada, I bridge academic scholarship with public practice to amplify diasporic voices. Through digital and community-based projects, I bring migrant narratives to life and make history accessible and transformative.

Have a question or an inquiry about programming? I’d love to hear from you. Reach out anytime!
